Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Millville's natural charm. If something feels off — whether it's an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don't qualify for refunds, we'll always do our best to make your stay smooth. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes. All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine. The Town of Millville has adopted a noise ordinance (Chapter 97) making it unlawful to make, continue, or permit any loud, disturbing, or unnecessary noise, especially between the normal sleeping hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. This includes the operation of any radio, phonograph, musical instrument, or sound device in such a manner or with such volume as to annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort, or repose of persons in any dwelling or residence, as well as the keeping of any animal that causes frequent or long-continued noise disturbing the comfort of others. It shall be a violation of this Agreement and grounds for eviction under Delaware law if such noise disturbances occur as a result of activity on this property. The Town of Millville and the State of Delaware have other laws and ordinances regulating noise and disturbances, which may constitute separate offenses if violated.
