Such a warm, clean and comfortable condo. You cannot beat the views at sunset! And you are just steps from the beach! Zach was super responsive and accommodating. We loved our first trip to Ocean City, and look forward to returning soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Salty Sands 301. The place was very nice, right on the beach and was perfect for the six of us. This place was perfect for our weekend stay for oceans calling. Both of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The living room was comfortable to hang out in and the balcony was a wonderful addition. The only complaints we have is the place was barely stocked with any of the essentials. The host makes it clear when it comes to what they provide, but it was misleading. The sizes of the soaps for the showers provided was only enough for one person to use one time. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper in the condo with 2 bathrooms and 4 people for 4 days. We were staying in OC the weekend for the musical festival and had no intention of having to stock the condo with soap and toilet paper. I will also say that the beds were very loud and uncomfortable. I suggest bringing your own pillows and blankets because they do not provide much. Also bring your own towels, soaps, hand soaps, and trash bags because you will run out of what they provide within the day.

We had a great stay here. Everything was as described or better. The beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, and the view was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay. Easy to find, well equipped, comfy bed, hot water, very clean, easy walk to the beach. Close to bus stop, restaurants, would definitely stay here again. We stayed here for a festival in downtown OC. Clear instructions, fast response and easy check out.

This fully updated unit was a great place to spend time. Squeaky clean. Owners ver responsive. The layout is perfect with an amazing view of the ocean. Thoughtful amenities throughout. Very well stocked. Great location, near stores and restaurants. We’ll definitely be going back!

It was a very nice condo. Ground floor location was perfect so we didn’t have to climb stairs or wait for an elevator. Place was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

This condo was clean and well stocked. the beds and furniture were comfy, and th wrap around balcony/large doors and windows provide great views and natural light. Parking was easy and it was nice to have elevator access as well. Also has convenient bike racks.

I stayed here with my fiancé and a couple friends for the oceans calling festival. The location was great, apartment was tidy and cozy. Would absolutely stay here again if we come back next year!
