Great place to stay! Clean, plenty of room for everyone, quiet location with a beautiful beach right out the door. Kitchen had everything you need to eat in.

Nice place and location. Just unclear on accessing the building and condo upon arrival.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. The location was great, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and convenient. The hosts were responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and appreciated the care that went into making our visit a pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Ocean City.

Excellent location! Beach view and morning sunrise was fantastic. Close to Jolly Roger Park and good restaurants. Furnishings were nice, beds comfortable. Beach chairs provided were a plus. Amenities in kitchen and bathrooms were very nice to have.

The place is smaller than expected! But it was fine for a weekend getaway! I probably wouldn’t stay an entire week! The kitchen is outdated and lacks quality cook-wear. We made it work, but it was not ideal. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, bars and restaurants, shops, etc. within 5 min walk. The beach is just short 5 min walk as well, super convenient. We booked this place because of the indoor, outdoor pool options, since the weather for the weekend we were planning on visiting was not the best for the beach - strong winds and on the chili side. Need to mention, we were disappointed when we tried visiting the outdoor pool, which has lifeguard on duty, to find out we need it passes/ activity tag or whatever they are calling them. Management was able to rectify the issue, but at that point we opted out for the indoor pool.If you plan on staying here you may not be able to visit the outdoor pool. Overall great location about 17 min drive from the boardwalk!

Pictures did well to represent the property. Only downside was very minimal kitchen supplies (no cutting board, or toaster). Only one small frying pan. It would be perfect for someone who eats out every meal.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! It was way bigger than what it looks like in the photos. It fit my family of 5 perfectly with extra room for others if needed. Very clean space, and had everything we needed plus more. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Right on the beach, not a long walk down on to the beach at all. The host was very helpful and answered quickly if I had any questions. I will definitely be booking again in the future!

Parrot Bay 25 was a charming little getaway. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. We absolutely love this cozy 2 bedroom beach house and really loved spending time in the screened in porch with our dogs. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful pet friendly place for us to stay. I would definitely recommend this beach house to others.

Had a wonderful trip. Nice spacious condo. Location was great. Great space and layout in condo. Cleaning fee was a bit too high. Used towels found in bathroom vanity and coffee still in pot with coffee poured on counter. Would have been found IF cleaners had cleaned kitchen counters. Appeared to be a quick in and out job which doesn't justify the very high cleaning fee.
