no surprises, everything was as advertised

Zach and Ocean City Homes were very responsive to questions and the unit was exactly as described.

The rental was as described. We rented at peak season so we paid peak rate. The room was ready early, but they dont allow checking in before 4pm unless you pay an even higher rate. $85 to check in an hour earlier. The location is very convenient and so much was within walking distance such as the beach, Seacrets, great restaurants, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. The beds were ok, the pull out was not comfortable at all. But they were clean and we felt safe. The water pressure in the shower was sufficient but the shower curtain was very moldly and way overdue for a replacement. Everything that we used worked. The instructions provided for check in/out were clear and easy. The host was very responsive and informed us that a maintenance worker would be coming to service the dishwasher during our stay. All went well.

The place was like the pictures described! Very happy with everything it had for us. It was really great. It was quiet inside the building and outside as well. Very peaceful place. The first day we got there the fire department was called and they arrived within 5 minutes and gave us all clear within 5 minutes they got there. The host responded almost immediately when we messaged them. We enjoyed our stay here. We will return in the future. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one!

We loved the location. Lots of places for dinner, ice cream and breakfast. Walking distance to the beach too. Host was very responsive.

Great place. My absolute favorite was the view from the balcony. It was so peaceful.

Prime location one block away from boardwalk for a very good price. No problems with noise from surroundings and felt very safe. Being able to park in the garage was nice. Had all the basic amenities and place was very clean.

Loved the ocean view from the deck. Easy access to beach. Walking distance to stores. Home was spacious and great to stay in. Zach and Alex were outstanding in their communication and even made sure there were sand toys for the grandkids

Booked condo for a last minute getaway for my family of 4. We like the North OC location. Easy bike ride to beach, local restaurants and mini golf and even Fenwick Island. Parking for 2 cars and access to pool was also nice.

The place was very roomy. I felt it could have been cleaner. Unfortunately there was a facet leak in the bathroom so our first evening was shared with a repair man. However he was very nice and repaired the issue fairly quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
