A great spot in midtown OC walkable to plenty of dining and entertainment options. The unit was spotless and well appointed. The hosts were extremely accommodating and communicated in a timely manner.

I loved the location was very close to main stores/shopping at the boardwalk. Views were beautiful! Loved being so close to everything. The rooms and whole place was very clean! The only thing i didnt care for was having to wait till exactly at 4 to check in. I chose not to pay the extra fees to check in early but it was a little frustrating to take all our things upstairs and sit there at 345 waiting for exactly 4 to walk in. I knew the room wasnt rented the night before because i was asked to stay the night before as well. Just a minor con for me. Overall the place was perfect for what we were looking for!

So glad we found this gem! The ocean is right outside and you can open the patio door and listen to the waves crashing all day and night. Also, there were so few people at the beach that it was like we had our own private beach! Would love to make this vacation a yearly tradition :) Thank you!

The condo was great ! Everything we needed was there. Ocean view and bay views are beautiful. Close to everything- shops, restaurants and of course the beach. I would highly recommend this condo for your beach getaway.

Loved this place!!!

My group and I had a wonderful stay at this place. The instructions were clear, the home was very clean, and the host was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again — this is truly a repeat must-stay!

The place was very spacious and beautiful. Great location and the host was communicative. The only issue was we received multiple calls during our stay for exceeding a noise meter, even when we were just sitting around talking at a normal volume as a group, so the owners might just have to fix the meter. No big deal. Would definitely stay here again

We spent Memorial Day weekend at this property and, even though it rained all weekend, we were very comfortable and had things to do. The condo itself is in a prime location - steps to the beach walkway and enough view of the ocean that we could enjoy coffee on the patio while watching the waves (the dunes are eye level with the patio). Pros: beach front, comfortable furnishings, linens provided, cleaning/soaps starter pack, convenient door lock passcode (no check-in required), walking distance to activities and restaurants, 2 parking passes with parking right out the door from the condo, very fast responses from management company. Cons: took a few messages and phone calls to figure out the wifi password (I finally found the correct one on the fridge in the condo), some cleaning issues (primary bath not thoroughly cleaned), but nothing that hindered our vacation; linens provided did not include kitchen dishtowels so you'll have to use paper towels to dry dishes or buy some towels, like I did. Overall I would recommend this condo.

Beautiful place- easy access- most part clean but could use better vacuum as we found lots of sand on the floor when we arrived and the vacuum that was there didn’t really do well. Everything else was good and would definitely stay in this condo again
