Fantastic place

We had a great time! The place was accommodating and our host made everything so easy!

The place is amazing, right next to a clean beach. My friends and I had a great time. I would recommend doing a deeper clean.

The property was beautiful and in a great location. It was clean and the furnishings were pretty and very comfortable. I give this experience 4.5 stars as I have a few suggestions that could make it perfect!Adding wall decor would help with the accoustics. Our conversations seemed to "bounce off the walls" and made it very loud!Also, some floor mats to wipe our feet on especially at the bottoms of the stairs when we entered the house would catch some of the sand and water when we came back from the beach. We put a beach towel down as a pseudo mat!And adding a night stand to the room with the 2 queen beds would be helpful. My son's family stayed in that room. His wife uses a CPAP machine and had to bring a stool from the kitchen island to use as a table for it.Adding blinds or curtains on the big sliding doors in the living room would also help with privacy. The shade on the king room sliding doors would be perfect there, too!TVs in the bedrooms!I know this seems like a lot of suggestions, but our time there really was great. As I said, the place is really stunning and comfortable. We truly had a wonderful time!Thank you so much!

The place was very nice and the photos were spot on. The deck was very nice. The only thing being a senior citizen, there was no elevator. This was my fault, should have checked.

Condo was lovely! Nice view of the ocean, very clean and furniture was quite comfy!! Had an amazing stay.

We had a great stay at this house, it was very clean and spacious. Lots to do around the area and the drives were about 10-20ish minutes to the beaches along the coastline. So if you don’t mind a little drive to the beach and a private home to yourself I would recommend. Zach was our host and he was very responsive and helpful, I would stay here again.

We had a great time on 45th street! We usually stay up north but decided to do something different this year! So glad we did! The porch is big and nice to hang out on! Belly Busters on the corner and mini golf directly across the street! Hurricane Erin came thru our week but we had plenty of space to do puzzles and play cards at the huge table. Great place!!
