Great location and easy stay.

Nice quiet stay. Good location for seacrets and the beach.

The place was perfect for two of us, the area was great, it was near everything and about a two minute walk to the beach. The host was super attentive and friendly. Overall a wonderful stay!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was immaculately clean and very spacious, which made it super comfortable. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, especially in the mornings around 6:17 AM when I enjoyed my breakfast while watching the sunrise on the balcony. They also provided an umbrella and beach chairs, which was incredibly thoughtful and convenient. The location is perfect—not too crowded, not too quiet, right on 46th Street. Having two parking spaces was a huge convenience, especially with one located in the garage—my car stayed cool and protected from the sun. Overall, a five-star experience!

Thank you for hosting our family during our stay. We had everything we needed. The issue we experienced at check-in was quickly resolved and addressed. We appreciated the speedy response and resolution. Place was close to everything and short walk to beach. Beautiful view. Thank you and we plan to come back!

This was a great trip! The condo was exactly as described and when we arrived it was very clean and we felt right at home! Zach and Alex were great hosts and always responded quickly to my questions. At one point we needed the vacuum and discovered it was not working. Alex sent a replacement which arrived the next day- impressive! The location is perfect and it was only steps to the beach. The balcony has a great view of the ocean. We would definitely come back and can’t recommend Ocean City Vacation Homes enough. Thanks!

Pros: responsive hosts, great location—near shops, not far from Fenwick and Bethany. Cons: could’ve been a bit cleaner, not many amenities

Everything was great! Very clean and great location. It felt larger than it was described. You can check in early for a fee. We chose not to but it’s a guarantee if needed. Linens were also included as well as a starter kit which lasts well for a shorter stay. The only downfall was the stall shower was very small. I’m only 4’11 and it felt tiny to me. Other than that everything was great!

Great location, layout and views. Minor Negatives: Two queen beds were sagging and need replacing. Bedspreads were old. Prefer fewer knick-knacks that would open up space if removed. Bathrooms need updating. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Zach was a great host and very responsive. The condo has an amazing view of the bay and convenient to beach and places to go. Check-in was smooth and exactly as expected. Condo was clean and exactly as described. My only complaint beds need to be replaced. Would definitely recommend and return in the future if in Ocean City

The condo was absolutely beautiful and the view was exceptional. The host was also so kind and super quick to respond. had some minor issues, but nothing that either really didnt matter or wasnt handled immediately. 10/10 perfect Stay and Perfect Host!
